Here's our first studio update. We're currently out in LA tracking our sophomore with John Feldmann and Brandon Paddock. Looking forward to getting the new tracks out there soon!

John Feldmann confirmed to produce next Throw The Fight record

The band is set to hit the studio with Goldfinger frontman May 1st, 2011

(Minneapolis, Minn.) April 11th, 2011 - The Minneapolis-based rock / metal act, Throw The Fight, have confirmed that John Feldmann (The Used, Story of the Year, Atreyu) will be producing the band’s sophomore release.

The band is set to enter the studio on May 1st to track the follow up to their debut release, “In Pursuit of Tomorrow,” at Feldmann’s LA studio.

“We’re big fans of the records John has done and are looking forward to getting in the studio and putting this next group of songs together with him. Working with Feldmann is going to serve as an integral step in pushing Throw The Fight in the right direction for 2011 and beyond,” says Throw The Fight guitarist, Ryan Baustert.

Most recently the band has been seen touring the Midwest and East Coast. The band’s debut album has garnered radio support across the country and support slots with today’s biggest rock acts such as Avenged Sevenfold, Papa Roach, Sevendust, and the Vans Warped Tour among others.

Throw The Fight confirmed for Land Shark Promotion's next SXSW compilation
For those of you that are going to be in the Austin Texas area for South by Southwest this March, be sure to snag one of Land Shark Promotion's latest compilation albums. 10,000 copies are being pressed and given away for free during the festival. Throw The Fight will have their latest single, "Bloodshot Eyes," featured along with tracks by Social Distortion, Bring Me the Horizon, Crossfade, and others.
